Replaced existing chilled water system with two 1200 ton packaged semi-hermetic centrifugal water-cooled chillers, along with two 200 hp variable flow primary pumps using new 12” chilled water and condenser water piping.
Associated electrical service was upgraded to include a 1500 KVA transformer, switchboards, and new lighting fixtures throughout. General construction was comprised of steel erection, concrete work, overhead roll up doors, galvanized fence, and epoxy floor painting. Direct digital controls were utilized on the new HVAC system, complete with refrigerant monitors and emergency centrifugal exhaust fan. Plumbing upgrades included make up water metering and an emergency eyewash station.
