The Riverland Hills Church project is a new 1200 seat modern worship center featuring a large stage with tiered seating, new lobby & gathering space and associated classroom space. We replaced two air-cooled chillers and associated piping. New piping was added in the main mechanical room along with updated controls and new chilled water pumps. We added three new air handlers in the mechanical room at the mezzanine of the worship center along with associated piping and ductwork. VAV’s were added off of one of these air handlers that serves the classrooms and other smaller spaces that required individual temperature control.
