The USC Pastides Alumni Center is a 60,000-square-foot event venue and headquarters for the University of South Carolina's Alumni Association, located in Columbia, SC. The center is designed to host a wide range of events, including formal functions, professional meetings, and community gatherings. It features a grand ballroom, a Presidential Dining Room, a catering kitchen, multiple conference rooms, a Board of Trustees boardroom, and an outdoor plaza. The HVAC systems and scope included new roof top units, split systems, terminal boxes, distribution ductwork and complete building environmental controls.
