Service Maintenance Sales Representative

W.O. Blackstone & Co. Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Service Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team. This role will generally be covering the Midlands of South Carolina from Aiken to Florence and from Orangeburg to Rock Hill.

Work Activities

Responsible for the sale of HVAC Preventive Maintenance Agreements and HVAC Projects.
Establish and maintain lead sheets and reports as to activities for review by Director of Service Operations and implementation by the Service Department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The person for this position must have:

Experience in the HVAC & Mechanical industry a plus.
The following markets are also considered: construction, manufacturer’s representative mechanical or construction equipment sales, and Architectural or Engineering Design sales.
Knowledge of Chillers, Boilers, and any other specialized equipment a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Working knowledge of HVAC.
Working knowledge of safety protocol. (Will complete a company safety orientation).
Intermediate computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and general software system familiarity.
May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50lbs.
Ability to prioritize.
Working knowledge of sales tactics and strategies.
