Commercial HVAC Service Technicians

Commercial HVAC Service Technicians, Mid- to Senior level. Working statewide in S.C. with positions available at our four S.C. locations. Applicants must meet position-related certifications and requirements - see below.

Work Activities

  • Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
  • Large rooftop package direct expansion equipment (Intellipak, etc.)
  • Commercial air handling units and exhaust systems
  • Chilled water systems including chillers, pumps, cooling towers and associate control valves, piping and operation controls
  • Boiler system including low pressure steam and hot water boilers, expansion tanks, pumps and controls
  • DDC controls knowledge (a plus)
  • Communicate with customer and interoffice in a courteous and professional manner

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician – at least 3 years commercial experience
  • HVAC Certification (certificate or degree from an accredited school)
  • EPA Universal
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Customer Service Skills and the ability to work with others and be a team player
  • Solid Problem-Solving Skills
  • Must be able to comply with company’s Drug-Free Workplace policy
  • Good driving record
