New 42,000 SF concrete tilt-panel and steel framed medical office building for East Cooper Medical Center. The medical practices in the facility include physician practices with a focus on women’s services and orthopedic services, as well as outpatient physical therapy and laboratory services. Mechanical scope included 2 roof top package units, associated ductwork throughout, VAV boxes and wireless controls.
